Expressive activity - steamed bun with sweet red beans paste~

You could choose either to make red bean paste buns or paint it. Try to devote yourself into this creative process, express your thought and feeling by taking control of the product that you are creating.
Ingredients
Filling
Red beans ----------- 400g
Granulated sugar ----------- 100g
Dough
All purpose flour ----------- 500g
Dry yeast ------------ 5g
Warm water ----------- 240-250g
Granulated sugar ----------- 4g
Steps
Preparing the bean paste
1. Soak the red beans in water overnight.

2. Cook the beans. Drain the beans and pour them into a small pot with water about 2 inches above the beans. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for about 80 minutes, until the beans become soft and can be easily crushed. Remember to add water if there's not enough.

3. Drain the cooked red beans (if there is any excess water in the pot), and let it stand for 20min then add the sugar and mix well using spoon (press while stirring).

4. After bean paste cooling down, shape the bean paste into balls, about 50 grams per ball.

Make the dough& Assemble
5. Dissolve the yeast in a portion of warm water (20-30Celsius).

6. Combine the yeast water mixture from step1, sugar and rest of the warm water with flours.
7. Knead the mixture with hands until it forms a smooth dough. let it ferment for 60min. The optimal fermentation temperature is between 25-35 Celsius.

8. Divide the dough into small pieces of 50g each.
9. Use rolling pin to roll out small doughs to circles and put the divided bean paste filling into the middle of each round crust and wrap it up. Seal completely and turn over, shape it into a ball shape.
10. Put the bean paste bun into the steamer and ferment for another 30min. The optimal fermentation temperature is between 25-35 Celsius.

11. Turn on the high heat and steam for 15 minutes, and then stop the fire and let it sit for 5 minutes and then take out the red bean bun from the steamer.

12. Enjoy the red bean bun~
