Expressive activity- Raw Chocolate

The following is the expressive activity for session 3 "How to "run away" from lost and bewilderment?" In this activity you could choose either to make the raw chocolate or draw one.
Engaging in a creative art-making process, such as baking (it's a part of culinary art) and painting can help portray and address emotions. Try to devote yourself to the process of making the artwork, and you can post your thoughts in the comment section after doing the expression activity. It can be anything that comes to your mind when creating the work, or your feelings about the whole process. Enjoy and have fun~
Make raw chocolate~
Ingredients
Dark chocolate with 60% cocoa ----------- 150g
Milk chocolate ----------- 50g
Whipping cream ----------- 100g
Honey ----------- 10g
Butter ----------- 10g
Vanilla extract ----------- 3 drops
Steps
chopped up the chocolate into small pieces (as small as possible). Place the chocolate in a bowl with butter and honey and then add a few drops of Vanilla extract.
Heat the whipping cream until slightly bubbly, then pour it into the bowl with the chocolate. Cover the bowl using a plate and wait for 2-3 minutes, then toss the mixture with a spatula to combine. Beware of milk- oil separation.
Mix well and pour the chocolate mixture into a rectangular molds, then let it chill in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.
When the chocolate is completely solidified, take off the mold and sift cocoa powder on the surface, then cut the chocolate into small cubes.

Drawing and Painting
I've used Adobe Photoshop to draw the below painting. In the process of painting, I recalled many memories of my life related to chocolate. Eating chocolate can always cheers me up when I'm feeling frustrated or uncertain.

Thinking back on these wonderful memories leads me to experienced an increased sense of well- being. After the painting was completed, I felt a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. I believe the whole process can effectively help me to build my confidence and can help me realize my power.
I am a big fan of raw chocolate.Milk chocolate is too sweet for me.Eating raw chocolate can relax me temporary when I am in bad mood.
I love eating Chocolates and i prefer Chocolates with nuts.
My wife likes to cook Chocolates into biscuits and it makes our family feel them delicious.
